Our Story

It began with our dad's love of making knafeh at home.He would bring it to gatherings with family and friends, then started making it for gatherings he was not even invited to. What began as a generous family tradition soon became a decade-long pursuit of the perfect knafeh.For more than 10 years, he has refined his recipe - balancing crispness, sweetness, and rich, cheesy goodness in every bite. After countless trays shared and enjoyed, we believe he makes some of the best knafeh around.Now, we are sharing it beyond our kitchen, one cup at a time.
